Where form is valued but function isn't.

Over rated and over designed. Here form is valued over function. Most rooms and public spaces are black. In the room, the light switches are black on black walls, with no indication of their function. This blinds go up or come down when all you want is to switch the light off. The marble bathroom is black too with slippery marble floor - a death trap. The best thing about it are the uniforms which the young girls wear beautifully. It takes 2 lifts to get up to our room which is a fart. The bar is right next door to the night club so you cant hold a conversation due to the screetching 'singing'. We had a horrible stay there. Sorry Sofitel.

Mr.geng, he is Very friendly^^ cocktail aroi mak mak. Best experience in bangkok. If you want to chitchat with friend (90’s), you can come to rooftop at So bangkok. Nice place, good cocktail and great view.🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Amazing service and friendly staff. They helped me check in early and was a seamless process. Ms Aurra was excellent in helping the checking progress! The hotel rooms are still amazing and view and amenities are great! Highly recommend! :)))

The big swimming pool with a view on the Lumpinee park is fantastic, and so is the hotel team! Different room and suite themes contribute to guests’ delight. As a Platinum member I greatly appreciated the perks of the Club Signature and the special attention of Club Signature team: Nooo, Petch, Luktao, JJ, Tangmo, Georgia, Am, Quirien! They always welcome you warmly for check-in, breakfast, afternoon tea,… and handle all special requests. I will come back, once again.
